In January, Barcelona picked up the brass forward Vitor Roque, 19, from Athletico-PR for what was then claimed to be 350 million kroner, while the sum is said to be able to rise by another 350 million kroner – if various performance-related bonuses kick in in the future.
After barely playing time in the latest newspaper, information was recently published that Barcelona are ready to loan Roque out for next season, and several clubs were subsequently stated to be interested, including Sevilla, Real Betis, Manchester United, Napoli, Lyon and Nice.
Now, in turn, the Spanish newspaper AS states that more clubs have an eye on Roque. According to the newspaper, Chelsea and Tottenham have also scouted the brass, and can thus possibly act in the future.
Roque, in turn, is reported to want to stay at Barcelona and is fighting for playing time. So far, he is noted for two goals in 13 games, and has a contract until 2031.
