Swedish Max Svensson plays in the team and he jumped in with a quarter of an hour left against Dordrecht. Willlem II last played in the Eredivisie in the 2021-2022 season.
The second place that leads directly up into the Eredivisie is made up of second-placed Roda (75 points) and third-placed Groningen (72 points). One round remains.
In addition to the direct promotion places, there is a play off for a final Eredivisie place.
